Masatomo founded Vertex Partners Inc. in 2015.
Masatomo has over 10 years of experience working in multiple firms such as Accenture, Ernst & Young, and business experiences at major electronics manufacturers and game companies.
Masatomo also produced various new businesses in Japan and overseas. In 2017, he established Luce Inc. our group company, and concurrently served as the company's CEO.
Yoshiaki has over 20 years of experience in both domestic and foreign system integrating and consulting firms.
Yoshiaki covers a wide range of areas from Information and Communication Technology (ICT) concept formulation to implementation, with a focus on global Supply Chain Management (SCM).
Yoshiaki’s main focus in recent years is Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. He actively introduces RPA to promote many business process re-engineering projects at major companies.
Prior to joining Vertex Partners, Ryotaro has over 15 years of experience working at foreign consulting firms and operating companies, and startups.
Ryotaro works on new businesses with various themes in various industries. Especially in traditional enterprises, he has a reputation for an approach that thoroughly pursues its essence and outcomes with an effective use of organizational dynamics.

Takashi has over 10 years of experience working in multiple firms such as Arthur Andersen, Roland Berger, etc.
Takashi’s experience includes: New business / innovation support for major companies in advanced fields, business creation utilizing AI / machine learning, and business reform.

Junichi has experiences in business development at both domestic enterprise companies and consulting experience at multiple firms. He engaged in projects within a wide range of areas from strategy planning to business construction, business management, human resource / organization development, and IT. He covers wide range of industries from government offices to entertainment.
Junichi leads promotion of business co-creation with various business partners.
Prior to joining Vertex Partners, Yuji has over 18 years of experiences in a variety of field from project planning on RPA, system introduction, and operation and maintenance at a foreign consulting firm.
Furthermore, in recent years, main area of works are to promote HR organization reformation, work style reform concept shaping, and concept and introduction of RPA solutions.
